Randy Kaiser, MEd, began his Law Enforcement career in 2012 with the Texas Department of Public Safety. He quickly became involved with instruction becoming a certified basic instructor for the Texas Department of Public Safety. Mr. Kaiser started his career as a Crisis Negotiator in 2014 and joined the Texas Association of Hostage Negotiators Board of Directors in 2015. In 2016, he was promoted to Special Agent within the Criminal Investigations Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety. His primary focus was on human trafficking and the exploitation of children. Mr. Kaiser has instructed on numerous topics including human performance, nutrition, basic hostage negotiations, negotiations for first responders, human trafficking, and self-defense techniques.
